The Port Townsend Athletic Club takes pride in our Specialty Group Training Programs. These programs are designed to provide participants top-of-the-line training at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Group Training offers individuals a small class with personal attention and detail to form, function and technique. Many participants find that group training offers them a chance to connect and interact with certified instructors on a personal level to create the safest and most productive workouts.
Russian Kettlebells and TRX-Suspension Training require a intro-course session, or a personal training before beginning our regularily scheduled classes. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY. TRX and Kettlebells are both very technique based, without proper intital instruction, these programs can be dangerous. Please contact us for additional information about these programs!
