Russian Kettlebell Training
Teresa Hoffmann, RKC

"Kettlebells are like weightlifting times ten," stated Olympic Silver Medalist in Greco-Roman Wrestling Dennis Koslowski, D.C., RKC.
What are Russian Kettlebells?
A 'Kettlebell' or girya (Russ.) is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. The ultimate tool for extreme all-round fitness.
"Not a single sport develops our muscular strength and bodies as well as Kettlebell athletics," reported Russian magazine Hercules in 1913.
Why Russian Kettlebells?
Russian Kettlebells deliver extreme all-round fitness. No other tool does it better. Russian Kettlebell replaces: barbells, dumbbells, belts for weighted pull-ups and dips, thick bars, lever bars, medicine balls, grip devices, and cardio equipment. Russian Kettlebells develop a way of training that is guaranteed to deliver!
Who trains with Russian Kettlebells?
Although Kettlebells are extreme, they are not elitist. People of all ages and abilities have found Kettlebells to provide extreme results. If you do have questions regarding your ability, please contact Teresa Hoffmann for more details.
