BODYSTEP™
The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
A combination of standing and floor exercises. Designed to help seniors with flexibility and achieve a wider range of motion. Class uses stability balls and floor mats for maximum comfort and success. Class meets in downstairs aerobic room

Group training and conditioning class designed to help build core muscles, increase flexibility and build muscle strength. This class uses small hand weights, stability balls, BOSU stations, steps and other props to increase range of motion and provide maximum results.

They have been proven to be much more effective than regular dumbbells or weights, and there are sizes and exercises tailored to anyone. If you are looking to increase strength, endurance, and speed, Russian Kettlebells are the answer. Start building a better you today. Teresa Hoffmann – owner and personal trainer is a certified Kettlebell instructor. This specialty class is offered Tuesdays and Thursday from 5:15 – 6:15 pm and Saturday at 9 am. Joint Mobility
This 1/2 hour class will give you tips of gaining (regaining) a wider range of motion, and also injury prevention. Great warmup/cooldown or stand alone workout, perfect for your off days as a form of active recovery. Ideal way to start the day right!
