We welcome you to try all of our classes! Group fitness has been shown to increase results, dedication and commitment in most individuals. Attending 2 - 3 classes per week will help keep you motivated, challenged, and meet new members. Bring a friend to a class for free!
BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
LOW IMPACT AEROBICS: A combination of standing and floor exercises. Designed to help participants with flexibility and achieve a wider range of motion. Classes uses stability balls, hand weights, and other tools for maximum results and overall success. Great for all ages and ability levels!
YOGA: Relax, unwind and enjoy the many benefits of Yoga. This age old practice has been enjoyed throughout the world because of its proven benefits, people of all ages gain gain from yoga. We offer a variety of Yoga classes throughout the week, ask the front desk which one would be right for you!
WILL, POWER AND GRACE™: Group training and conditioning class designed to help build core muscles, increase flexibility / mobility and build overall strength. We offer 2 classes at 11:00 am Monday / Wednesday / Friday. Our upper studio class uses floor work, while our lower studio class will not use floor exercises. Will, Power and Grace is one of our most popular classes! Great for beginners, seniors, and individuals new to exercise!
ZUMBA! LATIN DANCE PARTY! A revolution in cardio dance, this class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! No dance experience necessary, all ages and ability levels welcome.
JOINT MOBILITY: This 1/2 hour class will give you tips of gaining (and/or regaining) a wider range of motion, and also injury prevention. Great warmup/cooldown or stand alone workout, perfect for your off days as a form of active recovery.
